Matt Nichols resides in New York City and plays dueling pianos at various clubs across the USA and Canada. He has been playing keyboards for over 15 years. As a musician, Matt enjoys blending the rock music he grew up listening to with the jazz technique he learned in later years. He prefers using a varied array of instruments, including piano, his vintage '61 Hammond organ and '76 Fender Rhodes, Hohner Clavinet D6, and many synthesizer styles.

Aside from touring with various groups, Matt has spent time working as a studio musician.
